Léa has the expertise necessary for understanding the complicated space occupied by Multilateral Agencies and NGOS and has supported over 40 search projects by sourcing high-level profiles. She is committed to finding unique talent for complex assignments across the globe, using innovative recruiting and search techniques, as well as making sure to create a positive candidate and client experience.
Lea holds a Masters in International and European Law from the University of Grenoble and a Bachelor of Law from the Université Paris II Panthéon Assas.
Lea has been hugely successful in placing candidates across a number of agencies, including for Bioversity International, International Finance Corporation, Green Climate Fund and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
