Shijia has worked across different continents and on varied roles, demonstrating her ability to adapt to the unique needs of each position and client, and find high-calibre diverse talent. Her analytical and detail-oriented approach, and her warm and inclusive communication ensures a positive candidate and client experience.
Shijia has wide-ranging professional experience including non-profit organisations for education and civic engagement in China, the United Kingdom and Ireland. She holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology from East China Normal University and a Master’s in Education from the University of Oxford.
