hijia is a skilled and experienced member of the SRI Executive team. Her expertise in international development, development finance and agriculture development sectors, combined with her background in psychology and research, allows her to identify ideal talent for complex assignments.

Shijia has worked across different continents and on varied roles, demonstrating her ability to adapt to the unique needs of each position and client, and find high-calibre diverse talent. Her analytical and detail-oriented approach, and her warm and inclusive communication ensures a positive candidate and client experience. 

Shijia has wide-ranging professional experience including non-profit organisations for education and civic engagement in China, the United Kingdom and Ireland. She holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology from East China Normal University and a Master’s in Education from the University of Oxford.
