Overview

Adriana leads searches for executives in South America as well as globally, and has 20 years of experience and expertise in HR. Her executive search work has focussed on the international non-profit sector including multilateral agencies and NGOs, and private sector multinational companies. 

Adriana’s key strengths include executive search, leadership, coaching, strategic thinking, organisation building, communications and company culture. She is proactive and brings a wealth of expertise and guidance to every client she interacts with. 

Adriana holds a BSc in Industrial Relations from the Jesuit University ITESO and a Diploma in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) from the National Institute of NLP in Mexico’s Centre of Programming.

Given her specialisation and knowledge, Adriana has successfully placed a wide variety of executive-level candidates in organisations such as the Caribbean Development Bank, Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), Hewlett Foundation, The International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN), CORUS International, World Health, TB Alliance, International Maize and Wheat Improvement Centre (CYMMIT) and International Youth Foundation (IYF).
