Overview

With her strong skills in project management and organisational development, Kate manages our Strategy Team. She has over 10 years’ experience working at international NGOs and has comprehensive expertise in mixed-method multi-stakeholder consultation, facilitation and change management approaches. Kate is recognised for her strong skills in Knowledge Management, Mentoring and Relationship Building.

Kate has a background in international development and experience working with communities, NGOs, governments and donors in East and Central Africa. She has a keen understanding of and passion for the development space.

Kate holds a MSc in Development Studies from University College, Dublin and a BA in European Studies with German and TEFL from the University of Limerick. She also has an Accredited Diploma in Executive & Life Coaching from the Positive Success Group and a Professional Diploma in Project Management from the Dublin Business School.
