Overview

Pippa Isbell combines her business career and experience of working with public sector organisations, in her coaching, mentoring and facilitation practice. She has particular expertise in building leadership presence and influence and brings a blend of supportive challenge and pragmatism to her work.

Pippa believes coaching is about transformation and development. Her passion is to engage, motivate and challenge the business leaders with whom she works, to give their best in their careers and in their businesses. Her coaching approach is designed to create thinking space, enabling people to step back, consider, analyse and reflect before committing to measurable action plans with renewed energy.

Pippa was formerly Chief Executive of PRCo Ltd, the integrated communications and digital consultancy, with offices in London, Paris, Milan, Munich, Dubai, Moscow and New York under her direction. Pippa joined PRCo from NYSE quoted Orient-Express Hotels, where, as Vice President, Corporate Communications and a member of the Executive Committee, she was responsible for investor relations

Pippa has an Advanced Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching, awarded by the Academy of Executive Coaching and is an Accredited AoEC Associate Executive Coach.

Key Projects

Pippa has completed coaching assignments with senior leaders at international development organisations including those focussed on agricultural science research and sustainable economic growth in developing countries and emerging economies, as well as at a global fund supporting climate change response initiatives.
